Supply, Ship and Erect to include but not limited to the following: repairs to
detached unit including replacing back exterior door complete with jamb,
replacing front steps and landing including handrails and guard rails, leveling
back landing and replacing spindles as required, exterior staining of house and
skirting, sanitizing water tank, servicing furnace, replacing two seled window
units, adjusting front exterior door and replacing weather stripping, adjusting
bathroom door, replacing kitchen counter top only, replacint kitchen sind drain
complete, installing new ABC fire extinguisher,secure fuel line from existing
fuel tank to house, replace missing cover plates in mechanical room.
