Scope of work to include but not be limited to exterior staining, replace
interior and exterior doors, patching and painting throughout, cleaning and
waxing floors, cleaning all appliances, windows, painting all trim work around
doors and windows, painting baseboards, servicing boiler, replace
damaged/missing lights, coverplates, replacing bathroom complete including
repairing floor, replacing living room ceiling light fixtures and installing
LED light bulbs equivilant to 60 watt bulbs.
