Scope of work to include but not limited to the following; Service oil fired
forced air furnace and oil fired water heater, replace combination smoke/carbon
monoxide detector c/w battery backup, fire extinguisher, keyed alike deadbolts
at exterior dooors, cleaning woodstove and chimney, sanitizing domestic water
storage tank, replace water pump, patching and painting throughout, adjusting
kitchen cabinet doors/drawers, replacing kitchen countertop, electrical
repairs, leveling unit etc.
