Scope to include but not limited to the following; Level unit, seall all floor
penetration under unit, insulate, install new tyvek air barrier, ensure
skirting walls around house are insulated c/w air barrier, pressure wash
exterior unit, stain exterior, install new interior doors, install new tub
surround, painting.
