Work to include but not limited to the following; remove and discard existing
front exterior door, remove water tank, remove floor covering and pylywood in
the bathroom including any water damaged insulation, install new insulation,
plywood, u-lay and floor tiles, construct containment for water tank,
re-install water tank.
