The Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Forest Management Division for the is requesting proposals from qualified proponents for the provision of services of forest resource related information. Consistent with GNWT business acquisition guidelines, a commercial off the shelf (COTS) solution is preferred. It is recognised that commercially available off the shelf products may not meet all the stated requirements. Modified off the shelf (MOTS) and custom developed solutions that meet the stated objectives and support the department’s inventory and silviculture activities will also be considered.
