The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) requests expressions of interest from Respondents regarding the Mackenzie Valley Fibre Link Project. The objective of the Project is to engage a private sector partner to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a backbone fibre optic communication system from the existing fibre network in southern NWT, broadly following the Mackenzie Valley corridor route, to Inuvik in the northern NWT. . . . . .
