Description

The Strategic Plan 2025¿2028 (Plan), for Prosper NWT (formerly the BDIC), will build on previous strategic plans for the organization and take into account the current environment, challenges and opportunities, and recent governance and leadership changes. The Plan will provide a high-level guidance and decision-making framework that will enable Prosper NWT to align its resources to its long-term vision, mission, strategic priorities, goals, and objectives. The Plan helps to ensure that Prosper NWT supports the economic objectives of the Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) in a manner that benefits the people and the economy of the NWT by encouraging the creation and development of businesses, directly investing in businesses, providing financial assistance to businesses, and offering information and support to businesses and members of the public.
