Materials is to be delivered prior to March 31, 2015 to Deline. Please refer to
contract documents for detailed scope of work. Renovations to a duplex 1 bdrm
unit to include but not be limited to, leveling, replace fuel tank, boilers,
replace and install new exterior doors, entry/deadbolt keyed alike for each
specific unit, kitchen cabinets complete with countertop, sink, faucet, supply
lines, range hood fan, energy efficient fridge, and electric range
