Description

The contractor is to perform a literature search of diamond fingerprinting and tracking, body of knowledge, perform a market survey of current systems, instrumentation available to purchase or lease, Perform some very preliminary lab testing to verify some of the basic measurable optical properties of typical rough cut diamonds and the state of the art equipment available to do this type of fingerprinting, and issue a report of the results for items 1 to 3 and set up a peer review meeting of recognized experts to debate the merits of the various options presented.
