Description
Aircraft Service required: Twin Otter charter or equivalent aircraft on skis Dates: between February 01 and March 31, 2007 Freight: Drums of helicopter Jet A-1 fuel (45 gallons drums) with no passengers. Itinerary: Requesting a Twin Otter or equivalent aircraft on skis to transport a total of 91 “45 gallon” drums of fuel from Norman Wells to Mclure Lake (Approx. Lat: 64.53363 / Long: -128.34629) and Palmer Lake (Approx. Lat: 64.46532 / Long: -129.61569), and back haul 34 empty drums from Godlin Lakes to Norman Wells. The empty drums have been raised and stacked to be accessible even with snow cover. A total of 35 full fuel drums will be transported Norman Wells to Mclure Lake. A total of 56 full fuel drums will be transported from Norman Wells to Palmer Lake. And a total of 34 empty fuel drums will be transported from Godlin Lakes to Norman Wells. Bidders to specify aircraft and number of drums per load. Bidders are to specify a mileage rate and a fuel rate and any loading and landing fees, and navigation Canada Fee that may apply. Successful bidder will be based on lowest cost to perform this work.
