Description
The Dept. of Justice is creating a roster of up to five (5) mediators to provide family law mediation services on an ongoing basis. The goals of this exercise are: (1) to provide those undergoing separation or divorce, a less costly alternative to court; and (2) to build mediation and alternative dispute resolution capacity in the NT particularly concerning child custody, access and support.
