Description
The Government of the Northwest Territories, Department of Industry Tourism and Investment, Minerals, Oil and Gas is requesting proposals from qualified proponents for complete on-time delivery of all aspects related to setting up and tearing down the tent for the 2013 Energy and Mines Ministers' Conference, which includes the tent, flooring, staging, heating and lighting. The successful proponent will be need to provide the tent and all associated equipment (flooring, staging, lighting, chairs, linens, tables) except for propane heaters and is responsible for the initial set-up, table, chair and linen changeovers and the final tear-down and for any shipping and storage requirements.
