Description

Supply, Ship & Erect tender for renovations to the Deline Wellness Centre. Renovations to include but not be limited to the following; Supply a temporary domestic hot/cold water system, repair boiler room floor c/w floor joist replacements- insulation-floor soffit and flooring, construct a moisture containment area c/w floor drain, replace damaged seal units, repair and certify fire sprinkler system, replace interior solid core doors, install new interior door hardware c/w master keying system, complete installation of a low-temp alarm and an intrusion alarm system, secure the building's crawlspace, and repair the building's pipe chase
