Description
To complete the Labour Only interior and exterior renovations including but not limited to removing exterior siding, installing rigid insulation, installing new air barrier and new hardboard siding, replacing existing windows, replacing existing roof covering with new metal roof including fascia and soffit, replacing exterior insulated doors with new entry and deadbolts, replacing existing vinyl composite floor tiles complete with underlay, replacing interior hollow core doors complete with new passage sets/privacy sets, replace existing lighting with new energy efficient bases and bulbs, patch and paint throughout, install new baseboard and casing, replace kitchen cabinets complete with new counter top, replace kitchen rangehood fan, range, replace bathroom vanity, toilet, tub, faucets, shower head, shut off valves and vanity sink, install new ABC fire extinguisher, replace existing smoke detector/ carbon monoxide detector complete with battery backup, electrical inspection for compliance with code.
