Tender to include but not be limited to the following: Installation of a new; oil fired counter flow forced air furnance, oil fired water heater, chimney and breaching, combusion and fresh air ducting, NWTHC approved heating fuel storage tank c/w modifications to the fuel tank stand, casement bedroom window, bedroom door, front entrance door c/w frame and threshold, combination smoke/carbon monoxide detector c/w battery backup, bathroom exhaust fan, fire extinguisher, weather stripping at rear door, living room window hardware, keyed alike deadbolts at exterior doors, insulate at exterior doors and windows reusing the existing casings and painting said casings, wood stove hearth and repair damged floor tile.
