Note: Materials is to be delivered to the project loacation in Fort Good Hope prior to March 31, 2015. 1-Remove the existing front landings and stairs. 2-Build and install two new landings complete with stairs and railings. The new landings shall be the same size as the original landings. 3-Stain all lumber with one coat of exterior Latex stain color(Blue Nose) # CC-800 by Benjamin Moore Paint prior to assemble any components. All railing upright parts shall be stained with 2 coats of exterior stain color white. Once the entire landing and stairs have been completely built a second coat of stain can be applied. All cuts have to be stained. 4-Pressure treated wood pads complete with treated cuts have to be installed on the ground to support any posts and stair case. Pads shall be built using 3 layers of pressure treated 2 x 6 lumber only. Pads size shall be a minimum of 24” by 24”. 5-Check and repair all fascia and soffit components. Stain all to match existent. 6-Stain all corner boards with two coats of exterior stain to match existent. 7-Repair all existing skirting, install new were skirting is missing and stain all with two coats of exterior stain throughout. Color to match existing. 8-Replace all exterior lights with new light fixture matching existing light fixtures. 9-Check and ensure all exterior receptacles are operating as intended, ensure weather proof covers are in place. 10-Repair and make good all eaves through system troughout. 11-Repair and re install the attic access covers. 12-Remove all exterior doors complete with jamb. 13-Install new exterior doors complete with new door jamb, door hardware and dead bolt where applicable. 14-60: Please refer to contract documents.
