Scope of work is: 1- Remove all barricade plywood from windows and doors. 2- Ensure all metal exterior insulated doors are operating as intended and are draft free. 3- Install new exterior door hardware, entry set and dead bolt assembly throughout. 4- Patch and repair all interior walls and ceilings. 5- Paint all ceilings with 2 coats of white eggshell Latex paint 6- Paint all the interior walls with one coat of Latex primer sealer and 2 coats of Latex Eggshell finish color Ivory Tusk # 2153-70 by Benjamin Moore Paint. 7- Paint all interior doors, door trim, window trim and baseboards with 2 coats of Latex semi-gloss white. 8- Clean and wax all floor tiles, repair any tiles that are damaged with matching color tiles. 9- Repair and adjust all kitchen cabinets components. 10- Clean the existing kitchen range 11- Clean the existing refrigerator. 12- Install a new range hood fan and ensure it is vented to the exterior. 13- Service the existing Toyo heater and hot water tank as per the NWTHC Housing Corporation check list, fill out forms. All mechanical work is to be done by a certified oil burner mechanic. Name and credential of the journeyman has to be submitted with Progress Claims invoicing.
