Description
The Yellowknife Health and Social Services Authority (YHSSA) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to provide; • a continuum of supports to persons with developmental disabilities and/or brain injury; and/or, • core services and governance to certain sub-contractors in the delivery of other services. The support system is not envisioned to be the client’s sole purveyor of support. Rather, it will play a core role in facilitating the client group’s connection with other supports and support systems in the community to the greatest extent possible.
