The consultant shall provide the Department with the following: a list of three conceptual design options planned for the design phase, time schedules for design, design review, permitting, preliminary surveys, contract preparation and tendering, construction and contract supervision, and submission of the as-built drawings, in PDF or AutoCAD format and a cost estimate for completion of the Work.
