Gwichin Properties, owner of Mack Travel bldg, through Bellanca Developments, contracted Sieman Controls to inspect and complete upgrade on mechanical ventilation throughout 3rd floor. There are to replace VAV box controls and acuators with current components and reconnect to zone control. Relocate remote senors to better average temperatures. Install programmable thermostats throughout.
