Contractor to remove existing finish on the hardwood gym and stage flooring by sanding with apporiate equipment for sanding hardwood flooring. The sanding operation shall remove no more than 1/8 th of wood from the flooring.All floor lines and borders are to be reproduced exaclty on to the re-finished floor of the gym.
