Description
Contractor to remove all flooring in the secure area. All carpet and lino must be remove in all bedroom, washroom and common area. Remove all furniture and check for mold. Clean mold and remove and replace drywall. Check insulation and remove any wet insulation and replace with new. Finish drywall and paint with arcylic paint.
