Contractor to supply labour and material to caulk every seam, crack and or hole in the ceiling and walls of SAMS upper wings. Contractor to spray foam any holes too big to caulk. Contractor to caulk gym stage and ceiling. Contractor to spray foam and seal around all splinkler pipes. Contractor to seal all door trim, lights and basboard.
