Description
Study to determine most suitable optics, illumination, and processing system for license plate reader, given current population of non retro-reflective commercial license plates from the Northwest Territories and Alberta. Results of the study will be used to acquire and install LPR technology at the weigh-in-motion scale on Highway #3 near Fort Providence.
