Software Upgrade for Inmate Trust Accounting System The APPGEN INSTI-TRUST ACCOUNTING SYSTEM has been a key part in the successful management of inmate funds at the Correctional Facilties for many years. With technology changing at a fast rate, the current version of the software is in need of an upgrade. The services include upgrading the Trust Accounting System APPGEN version 6, from the current Linux-based platform to a Microsfot Windows-based SQL database platform.
