Description
This contract is for the annual licensing of the library software used by the NWT Public Libraries, Aurora College Libraries, the Prince of Wales Heritage Centre and the Legislative Library. This is a specialized database system that includes cataloguing, circulation and the public library catalog. This system allows most Northwest Territories libraries to share resources and for residents to look up materials remotely. Sirsidynix is the sole vendor for the database system that is used.
