Description
Deliverable: 1. Act as a negotiator on behalf of NWT interests in bilateral transboundary water negotiations with the Province of Alberta. 2. Participate in bilateral negotiations meetings with Alberta counterparts. 3. Provide and respond to strategic advice related to transboundary water issues in a timely manner through participation in periodic strategic meetings, either teleconference or in person. 4. Travel and preparation for meetings with materials provided. This contract does not involve legal advice.
