Tender to include but not be limited to the following; repairs water damaged insulated main floor, remove and re-construct the bathroom and water storage tank room built up floor, construct a water containment area c/w a floor drain, re-install the water storage tank and water pressure system c/w hot water heater, re-construct water damaged interior walls, re-install bathroom fixtures and door, replace floor tile c/w sealer and wax, install metal nosing on exposed floor elevation differences, paint repaired ceilings and walls c/w trim, install a new fuel oil storage tank c/w tank stand modifications, paint same.
