Supply Ship & Erect the repairs to include but not be limited to the following;
level the entire house, remove the front entrance door, install new front door,
install weather strip, door sweep and new entry set, remove existing bathroom
sink faucet and install new set, replace kitchen sink faucet, service the oil
fired space heater, install combination smoke detector/carbon monoxide
detector, remove and replace kitchen range.
