To include but not be limited to the following; level existing public housing duplexes on a tridetic space frame, remove overburden to allow jacking of space frame which has sunk into the ground, construct PWF wooden pads to be placed under each spaceframe pad, install granular material to fill voids as required, remove and re-install sewage drain line complete with original insulated chase, inspection of heat trace,ensuring grade of sewage line, repairing access driveway to sewage tank.
