Supply Ship & Erect for the renovations to include but not be limited to the following: Level unit, adjust landings, stairs, and doors, install mechanical and electrical required for a new; hot water tank, hot water piping system, electric range, range exhaust hood, fridge, bathroom exhaust fan, and kitchen electrical outlets. Replace flooring in the kitchen /living room and bathroom. Install new appliances. Replace; kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity c/w new countertops, faucets, water supply lines and shut-off valves, tub surround, hardwired smoke/CO detector, fuel tank and space heater. Install two interior doors and an exterior door. Complete interior repairs and interior painting and exterior staining.
