THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Supply, Ship and Erect to include but not be limited to the following: repairs
to detached unit including replacing back exterior steps including handrails to
meet code requirements, stain to match existing, adjust weather stripping on
front exterior door, replace door sweep on front exterior door, adjust back
exterior door to ensure proper seal and operation, repair water leak at vanity
sink, repair water leak at toilet, repair water leak at water tank, replace
existing oil fired forced air furnace including chimney and breaching, replace
existing range hood fan with new and ensure it is vented to outside, replace
existing wooden windows with new PVC triple glaze, argon filled casement type
windows, install trim board around all new windows, all new trim to be stained
to match existing colour, repair water leak around wood stove chimney at roof
penetration, install new ABC fire extinguisher.
