Provide Partial Material/ Supply Ship & Erect to complete the following repairs
for one(1)Emergency Repair Program Client #4669. Lot 15-1, Plan 745. To
include but not be limited to; removal of existing sewage tank, install the
replacement sewage tank, insulate, repair roof chimney flashing and vents
flashings, remove existing window replace with new ect.
