test the domestic water and sewage systems and submit a written deficiency
report; install 2 adjustable pile supports, install door and window jam
extensions and casings, patching and painting interior walls and ceilings,
install cabinetry, install exterior stairs, exterior staining, install floor
tile throughout c/w baseboards.
