Level the entire house including the porch.Install 2 sets of wooden wedges
tight to the porch beam.Check water tank for leaks at seams and piping.Check
fill pipe and overflow lines and air vent for compliance.Document deficiencies
and report to NWTHC.Drain the water tank completely. Clean, flush and
chlorinate the water tank.Refill and check for leaks.Check / adjust operation
of high level alarm and low cut-off floats where applicable.Supply and install
the missing aluminium elbow for the down pipe located on back left hand side of
the house.Check adjust all windows, interior door and exterior doors to ensure
proper closure and good seal.Paint the porch floor with smooth finish
paint.Investigate the smell coming from the furnace room. Report findings to
NWTHC.Adjust the kitchen corner cabinet doors and ensure it is opening and
closing properly.
Install a new door sweep to the front inside door.Repair the
drywall crack in the bedroom located near the bathroom,
Remove the existing
front storm door and replace with a new metal storm door complete with
window/screen and hardware.
