Tender to include but not be limited to the following;

Level house, level
stairs and landing and attach, replace front exterior door complete with new
entry/deadbolt, replace electrical range, replace missing cabinet doors and
drawer fronts including handle/pulls, replace window screens in all windows,
replace damaged window hardware as required, replace all existing interior and
exterior lights with new including installing LED lights throughout house,
replace tub surround, replace smoke/CO detector and fire extinguisher, place
gravel to repair driveway, paint tank stand and tank.
