Scope of work to include but not be limited to the following; Level the entire
foundation, repair all the existing eaves through components, complete the
finishing carpentry to the interior & exterior of all new doors , Staining,
Painting, Replace the kitchen counter & bathroom counter caulking, Remove and
replace refrigerator & kitchen range, Service furnace,etc.
