Tender to include but not be limited to the following; Annual preventative
maintenance to 3 homeownership clients; servicing oil fired heating systems,
water heaters, cleaning and sanitizing water storage tanks, inspection of all
drain lines overflow lines and fill lines, inspection of fuel tanks, fuel
lines, connections, flex lines, PWF sleepers, cleaning woodstove chimneys,
inspection of heating system chimneys, replacing fire extinguisher and
hardwired combination smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
