Description
Please refer to contract documents for detailed scope of work. Construct a box frame around the gable end vents to prevent blowing snow from getting into the attic. Install 4 new passive air vents/whirly birds on the roof to allow for air movement in the attic preventing frost build up. Remove and discard existing fridge and replace with new 30” White energy efficient refrigerator. Remove, discard and install new bathroom faucet. Pressure test and check for leakage. Keep construction site clean and free of debris and ensure site is cleaned upon the completion of this project.
