Description
Work is to be completed on 4 duplex trailers, 8 units total. Remove and discard existing deck and stairs complete with wooden pads. Install new deck, rails, stairs and pads. Remove and safeguard sewage tanks, replace wooden sleepers under sewage tank including attaching straps to secure sewage tank. Reinstall sewage tank, straps. Reconnect all drain lines including neew insulation, chase and electrical heat trace compliance. 9 A/B, 11 A/B, 13 A/B, 15 A/B Mount Avens Court.
