Repair, replace two wooden pads, level entire house. Stain exterior steps and
landings, check eavesgroughs, replace exterior chaulking from doors and
windows. Replace (1)exterior door, complete. Replace interior chaulking as
needed. Patch, paint and repair drywall throughout. Paint lowered porch, paint
ceilings throughout, replace floor tiles throughout, install new baseboards
throughout. Replace kitchen range, replace kitchen faucet, replace light bulbs
thoughout with LED. Replace furnace, install new forced air furnace. Adjust
doors. Replace thermostat, replace two interior doors, replace toilet complete,
replace bathtub faucets, install new paper toilet holder, replace smoke/ CO
detectors. Clean potable water storage tank.
