Description
Work to include but not limited to: Levelling the unit, replacing exterior doors complete, patching and painting the entire unit, replacing u-lay, floor tiles and baseboards to the entire unit, replacing fridge, range & range hood, replacing the kitchen cabinets complete with all plumbing fixtures, replacing interior doors complete, replacing tub surround complete with fixtures, replacing toilet, replacing bathroom sink, taps, p-traps and water supply lines and performing an electrical inspection. All materials to be delivered via the 2016 Winter Road Season to complete this project in the summer of 2016.
