Services shall include provision of all necessary equipment, labour & materials
(unless otherwise noted) to construct a deck addition complete with steel beams
connected to existing structural I beams and carry out modifications of
existing stairs and siding to fit, as per the attached drawings. Quantity of
2x6 material to be supplied by owner.
