Provide labor and equpment to load and haul 2 x 94 000 litre double walled
steel fuel tanks, 2 x steel access ladders and 40 x steel load distribution
plates. Provide labor and equipment to remove snow / ice and level existing
fuel pad, place load distribution plates, unload and position fuel tanks and
install ladders. All work to be completed prior to closure of the Colville
Lake Winter Road.
