Replace Exterior metal door and frame: Replace all exterior windows; replace
shingle roofing with metal roofing and gutters; Replace wooden siding above and
below all windows; replace all carpet with commerial grade linoleum; replace
oil fire furnace; air conditioner: replace fuel tank with a new certified tank;
remove bug free zone in rear of building and replace the front step.
