The Department of ENR in Fort Smith requires a small fixed wing aircraft to
conduct a bison survey in the Mackenzie Bison Sanctuary; two aircraft will be
run simultaneously. The flight will be conducted FOB Fort Providence. Estimated
35 to 45 hours are required. March 6 to 13, 2012.
