Aircraft Charter Services - Yk to Fort Simpson to YK

The Government of the NWT, Department of Finance is requesting tenders from
qualified Air Carriers to charter an aircraft on September 19, 2012.

OPTION
#1
- Passenger shall depart from Yellowknife at 4:30 PM on September 19, 2012
to travel to Fort Simpson.
- Plane will hold in Fort Simpson until the
meeting end at approximately 9:30 PM.
- Passengers shall depart from Fort
Simpson to return to Yellowknife at approximately 9:45 PM – 10:00 PM.



OPTION #2
- Passenger shall depart from Norman Wells at 4:00 PM on
September 19, 2012 to travel to Fort Simpson.
- Plane will hold in Fort
Simpson until the meeting end at approximately 9:30 PM.
- Passengers shall
depart from Fort Simpson to return to Yellowknife at approximately 9:45 PM –
10:00 PM.
