The Department of Environment & Natural Resources (ENR) in Fort Smith requires
a small aircraft to conduct two Bison Surveys. The first survey,
semi-comprehensive, approximately 15 hours, covers Zone 1 of the Bison Control
Area. The second survey, comprehensive, approximately 35 hours, covers both
Zone 1 and 2. Actual routes are to be established by ENR Technician prior to
the survey.
