The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) is requesting
proposals for the promotion of alternative energy in the Northwest
Territories.
ENR requires a concept and plan to build a promotion campaign
with a unified approach for all public information and advertising material to
promote alternative energies and their programs, and to inform NWT residents
about the benefits and encourage their participation.
